A burn-out teacher

 

 In my school we don't even have that luxury of calling the student in the first place , every one and by that i mean the headmaster pretend that it's all roses and flowers .

 And any complaints from teacher shows that's he is a week teacher , you're weak , you're not vontrolling your class. You're a mean teacher , you don't hear all your students , you're a cold hearted-one you're not accepting every student . 

And they only speek about violence and trouble after the kid pass 12 .

 In primary school we're not ssen as if we don't exist.

 The media only talks about education when student passed 12 and in college .

 Before that we're dealing with completely on our own. 

We have zero personel in schools only a headmaster and a genetor .

 And we even struggle , because we are doing all alone we have to run between our classes and the courtyard to guard the children during recess . 

And in my school the headmaster , for not wanting to deal kids problem at recess , makes them study two hours the mornings and same for evening .

 And that's exhausting knowing that a mother walkes her child 4 times a day a long distance.

 And I'm on the edge of collapsing in each class. I've trouble seeing breathing walking even thinking and concentrating. 

I'm mentally burned-out completely.
